They handed me a damaged key, then kept my deposit and said I was the one who broke it. Really bad behavior. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Edit: Booking.com won't let me change my review, but she flat-out lied when she said I damaged the keycard to keep the electricity on. Absolute liar. You have CCTV? Can it really zoom in enough to show 2mm of damage? Fine, show it and prove your claim.

The family who run this guest house were kind, friendly, and helpful. The place was also spotless and very good value. It's close to everything in Hua Hin, too. I'd happily recommend it.

We found scooters through the owner for a very fair price, and she was super friendly. The little guest house is in a great spot, near Hua Hins beach and the nightlife. Highly recommend.

I've stayed here twice now, and I'd come back again. The room was clean, good quality, and had a wonderfully comfortable bed, especially for such a low price. It's a bit outside the town center, but you can still walk or take a short scooter ride. A lovely local woman runs this small place, so the service feels personal and friendly. The WiFi handled browsing fine, though it slowed down with anything that needed a lot of bandwidth. Recommended.

Everything's close by, and the place was clean. The owner gave us a lovely welcome and was so sweet and helpful. If I'm back in Hua Hin, I'd stay here again. Velo coffee is nearby and has very good coffee. Thanks for having us. Regards, Martin
