El Mar Pool Villa

This pool villa has a distinctive tiny-house concept, designed in a Nordic Minimal style with carefully chosen furnishings. The complex has eight ensuite bedrooms with TVs and different price levels, and can host groups of 15 to 32 people. There's plenty of room for outdoor activities on two levels, including Bar-B-Q. The pool has a glass wall, marble finishing, a large slider and seating. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, a big dining table and lounge area, plus karaoke, TV and a pool table. Everything is arranged to make a group stay enjoyable, so it suits families and friends. It could also be a distinctive venue for weddings, corporate events, photography or video shoots. I'd recommend this new development for a high-quality holiday or event experience.

A great place, everything was good. It's a little trip into the city centre, but Grab gets you there super fast.

For the good points, the receptionist was nice, the pool wasn't too deep, and the price was lower than many other places. It was quiet when we were the only guests, but if other people are there, you might not be able to sleep. There were quite a few problems for me. It was really hot even in the air-conditioned room, with the sun shining in your face nearly all the time. It's far from the market and other attractions, there's no common room where friends or family can sit together, and the kitchen-like area has no AC. The outdoor space by the pool is too small, the kitchen equipment was inadequate, and the pool wasn't very clean. I'd say it's okay for a night if you can't find a beachfront place, don't mind the heat and having little to do, or like swimming in a small pool. It's cheaper than many options, though you may find somewhere better if you look around.

A nice spot to stay with friends.
