I liked how convenient the location was, with Lotus, 7-Eleven, restaurants and the beach about a 500-meter walk away. The beach was really dirty and the waves were heavy when I visited, though. Pim… at check-in was especially friendly and let me check in early. She also offered me a choice between a lower or higher floor. The Standard Twin Room was tiny but well arranged, with a comfortable bed and a view of the city and mountains. I could hear people talking outside, and maintenance noise during my visit was disruptive, so the soundproofing needs work. For the price, though, it was still a pretty good stay at Hop Inn Hua Hin – Prachuap Khiri Khan. 12/05/2025

You get clean, comfortable rooms with the basics you need, including air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, and there’s a 24-hour front desk. HOP INN Huahin is handy as a practical base for exploring the coast, then coming back to rest without spending much. There’s no spa or rooftop pool, and the decor is very plain, but that’s in line with the budget price. It’s a sensible choice if value matters more to you than extras or a fancy stay.

The staff were excellent, and they had no problem with me bringing my bicycle into my room. Everything worked and I had nothing to complain about. A pleasant stay, much like the other Hop Inn hotels I’ve stayed at.

The beds were the best I’ve ever experienced, and the room was clean and neat for an affordable price. I had to change rooms because of outside noise, and staff helped me with that. In a previous review I complained that street noise came through the window, but I didn’t notice the same issue this time. I’m not sure why. There’s no safe, and I couldn’t find a good place for clothes and other things. A few more hooks in the room would help.
