It’s a good budget hotel in a handy location near the bars. The small rooms are clean and comfortable. There can be a little noise at night, but it wasn’t bad at all. A good option if you’re after a budget stay.

It’s right above the bars on main Soi 94, which means free music and late entertainment. I love that, and the location is amazing.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony was useful. It’s very basic, with a 70’s style look, and there wasn’t an electric kettle. I paid THB1,200 for one night in advance, plus a THB300 deposit. Since I had no advance booking and had to leave BKK because of the looming smog, I was lucky to get the last room, which was large. The front wall says rooms cost THB700, so THB1,200 seemed a bit OTT. The car park was full and I had to leave my car on one side of the entrance road. The location is fantastic, with everything you might want just a couple of steps away.
