Khun Pompam (Ms.) and the staff took great care of us, and we loved the rooftop dining room, where breakfast and yummy pancakes come with a sea view. The small hotel is beautifully decorated, with an interesting style, and its facilities, including the bed, toilet and cleanliness, were better than we expected. The price is reasonable for a spot near downtown, the night and daily markets, transport, convenience stores and the beach, which is just a five-minute walk. If you're after a good place at an acceptable price, don't miss Lertnimit Boutique Hotel.

The daily breakfast was delicious, served in a lovely setting and made by a pleasant, skilled cook. We also felt exceptionally well looked after during our week at Lertnimit Boutique Hotel. The manager met all our needs efficiently, with real kindness and clear management skill. My husband and I have never had hotel care like that before.

The rooftop dining room has lovely views and was my favorite part. The rooms have a distinctive, well thought out decor, and the staff are super friendly. Huahin beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

We were warmly welcomed when we checked in at 8 PM, and the price was very reasonable. The building was a year old, with four floors and breakfast at 7:30 AM on the top floor. Our room and bed were new, nice and clean, even better than the ad photos. It was about 600 m from the famous Hai Piang restaurant and far enough from the main street to avoid the bar noise at night. The little shower room had adequate water pressure, and there was secured parking inside the building. We'll be back.

The sea is only 200 m away, and the hotel is right in town among good restaurants and street food. A great place to stay in Hua-hin, highly recommended!
