The staff were kind and spoke excellent English. They even arranged a private driver to Bangkok when I asked. There are plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot. My room was spacious and really well kept, with a pleasant clean smell rather than a heavy fragrance. The sheets and towels felt high quality, the TV was huge, and the fridge was a good size. I liked the lighting design, and the air conditioning worked quietly and perfectly. The soundproofing was great too, I didn't hear anything from outside during my stay. Breakfast was good by Thai hotel standards. I had a great stay and only wish I could've stayed longer. Five stars from me!

For the price, this hotel is hard to beat. It's near Arena Hua Hin and Blu Port Hua Hin, and works well if you want to be close to Hua Hin town and Arena Hua Hin. If staying right by the beach is what you're after, it may not be the right fit. The room was clean, a good size, and nicely designed. There's a small gym, pool, and bar up on the roof, and my kid really enjoyed the kids' club room. Parking in the building is limited, though you can park around the hotel. Breakfast has both Thai and Western choices. I especially liked the noodle bar in the morning.

Our flights changed unexpectedly at the end of a long trip, so we were waiting for replacement flights. We had been based in Bangkok, but chose Hua Hin for the wait, and booked NH because of its strong reviews. The stay ended up being even better than we expected. The room was comfortable, with handy touches like power sockets right by the bed and lighting controls that were easy to figure out. The overlapping curtains blocked out all the light when we wanted, which made for a good night's sleep. The hotel itself feels modern and thoughtfully put together, with excellent facilities. Everyone on staff was warm, attentive, and ready to help. The only small annoyance was that we couldn't connect our own devices to the TV or open apps like YouTube. It didn't take away from a great stay, with good value, comfort, and service. We highly recommend it. 🔥

From the security guard through check-in and check-out, the service was excellent. Khun Ray and Khun Toon gave us a warm welcome, and Khun Ple and Yan were friendly at the desk. The room was comfortable and had the welcome amenities requested under GHA requirements. Breakfast had a nice range of choices. I'll definitely return, thank you!
