Baan Nilawan Hua Hin Hotel

The relaxed, family feel was really appealing. I went there every day for wonderful food and drinks, and the staff were so attentive I never wanted for anything.

For the price, this is a great place to stay. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, then get there through a park. It's a little isolated, though, with not much around in the way of restaurants, bars, or anything else. My room was neat, clean, and comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the whole place is well cared for.

There's not much around, and walking to the beach meant passing lots of street dogs. I didn't feel safe doing that. The room was pleasant enough but old and quite worn, which is what you pay for. The staff were very kind and friendly. The food was good, though a bit overpriced and sweet. A decent budget option, but that's about it.

A good price, a clean bedroom and bathroom, and nice staff made this a good stop for one night on my drive from Bangkok down south.
