SeaRidge Hua Hin Resort & Pool Villa

At first, our stay at Searidge Hua Hin seemed wonderful. The apartment was well equipped, the surroundings were peaceful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the woman at reception. But over six weeks, we repeatedly reported another resident’s aggressive, intimidating behavior to Searidge Management. We tried to sort it out calmly and discreetly, but management took no action to protect us or help us feel safe. In the end, we felt unsafe staying there and reluctantly left early. The apartment owner and Searidge Management both refused to return our security deposit, equal to one month’s rent, because we ended the stay early. The circumstances were beyond our control, and we left after management failed to respond to a serious safety concern. The lack of oversight, effective communication and support when we needed it turned what could have been a memorable stay into a disappointing one. Searidge Hua Hin has great potential, but until management shows more commitment to guest safety and professional accountability, I’d advise caution about staying there.

If privacy matters to you, this place is a great fit. It’s peaceful and quiet, never crowded, and the rooms are very spacious. A private, relaxing stay.

The hotel has attractive decor, new apartments, a beautiful pool, a nice balcony and pleasant views. I also liked the smell of the trees, and the staff were helpful. The price was relatively low compared with other hotels, and I had a good stay overall. It’s not in the best location, but having your own car makes it okay. The shuttle wasn’t running. Getting in touch with the hotel before my visit was difficult, and the organization didn’t seem great. I booked a twin but was first given a double room, though staff were able to switch it. The showerhead was a little broken. There was hot and cold water, but no warm setting. The air conditioner worked, but got too cold and made me sick.

We’ve been at Searidge for nearly four months and like it so much we may move in full time. The grounds and pool are a highlight, with a colorful, well-kept garden. The buildings are clean and well maintained, and maintenance is consistently on top of things. The apartments are pleasant and well designed, with all the utilities you need. Staff are polite, professional and quick to respond. Manager Pur, who speaks good English, is doing an amazing job, and Honey makes a great teammate. Thanks to the Searidge staff for such a wonderful experience!
