The estate feels peaceful, with spotless streets, and there's a very nice security guard at the gate, mostly around in the evening. It must be one of the oldest in Hua Hin, with a mix of nationalities including Thai. Some houses are unoccupied and deteriorating, which is a shame. The gym and other facilities need replacing, and some shaded loungers around the pool might help bring the community together. I hardly ever saw anyone.

This is one of the original Western Villages in Hua Hin, about 20 years old now, and still well maintained. It has a nice communal pool at the northern end of town and is close to Samorprong Temple. I have many great memories of living here and meeting people from all over the world.

I rented a quiet three-bedroom house here. The location was nice, about a 10-15 minute drive to Bluport and Market Village.

It's nice, with a pool and spa. It's a little out of town, but I hired a local motorbike and could get into town in 10 minutes.

The household provisions were very basic. The eating utensils were dirty and rusty, and the water pressure wasn't enough for a normal shower. The only good thing was the swimming pool inside the house.
