Thanaphat Place

We needed somewhere fairly close by for a local wedding, so we stayed one night. The double room cost 500 baht, had a fridge, and came with clean towels. The bathroom was decent, with a walk-in shower. There’s no room service or restaurant, but the nearby market and 7-11 are about a five-minute walk away.

The bed was the standout for me, honestly the best I’ve ever slept on anywhere. The rooms are a little small, but they’re clean, laid out well, and convenient, with a small outdoor area or balcony. Prices are really good, especially for longer stays. The internet was good, and the fridge, kettle, little table and stools were handy. Even the TV worked well. There are two vending machines with a surprisingly good selection, including beer. Easily the best hotel in Lam Plai Mat.

I stayed four nights starting 8Feb2023 and paid Bt500 a night for a large, clean room with an en-suite. The modern decor was tasteful, and everything was very clean. There’s laundry, Wi-Fi, a drinking water dispenser and parking, and the staff were helpful. Longer-term rates are Bt3,500 for six months or Bt4,000 for 30 days. I noticed fire detection and alarm equipment, plus an extinguisher in each floor wing. I’ll remember this place and come back.

Thanaphat Place was a lovely stay. The rooms and acidified were excellent and kept very clean, and all the staff were so polite and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lam Plaiimat. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much 😃😃😃👍👍👍
