The pool is nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, but the bedding was in poor shape, the TV was old, and the patio door lock was broken. Security felt weak, so keep valuables with you. The place is run down and needs renovation. It also reeks of smoke, which would be awful if you're a nonsmoker. Nearby music gets extremely loud from about 10pm, though thankfully it stops around 3:00am.

We keep coming back whenever we visit Thailand, and my daughter and I have stayed here since 2004. We feel comfortable here, and the location, surroundings, and transport connections are all very good. It's clean, safe, relaxing, and reasonably priced, with good room space and amenities. The restaurant food is delicious too. Staff across the hotel are friendly and cooperative, from room service to the front desk, where they try hard to help guests day or night. We give it 10 out of 10. Thanks to Mr. Somphorn, the General Manager, and best wishes to him. Thanks as well to all the staff, officers, service providers, and management. I stayed here 20 years ago, then came back 8 years ago. It was a decent hotel with very good service, but it's no longer operating. Sad!

The owners are helpful, the room is big, the air conditioning is good, and it's clean. The pool stays open from 7 to 8 pm, which is a lot better than most hotel pools that shut at 5 PM. You're central for the baht bus and nightlife. At 800 a night, 750 for 2weeks, or 700 for 1 month, the PN rates are great for a 3 star hotel. Want 5 star, pay 5 star prices.

The pool is quite nice, and the hotel's handy for the beach and the big shopping malls. Rooms are pleasant, though a little old. The price seemed a bit high, but fair compared with nearby hotels.
