We couldn't sleep all night because of the constant noise. The hotel is dirty, has five floors, and no elevator. Our room faced a busy street, noisy day and night; on the pool side there were mosquitoes, and there was no real view. One window looked onto the street and the other onto a billboard. The towels were very worn, and the foot towel had been left by the previous guests. When we told reception about the noise, they said to call the owner, but nothing got resolved. We had to find another hotel and weren't refunded for the room or any part of it. We'll never stay here again.
