We rented a two-bedroom, two-bath condo and found the location ideal. There are two pools, with a restaurant by the front one for food and drinks. The front desk staff were helpful, and the lobby area gets a strong, pleasantly cool breeze. We also saw lots of children doing homework in a large library-style room. Most residents we noticed weren’t Thai and seemed to be temporary arrivals from overseas; they looked happy living there. Outside the lobby are a coffee machine, a water-bottle machine beside the vending machine, and laundry facilities with dryers inside the lobby. Delivery services bring food and groceries. One woman told me she gets groceries twice a week and has lived there for a while. The neighborhood doesn’t have the noisy bar scene you get in Pattaya. We’d be glad to stay here again.

I came in March 2023 for a three-month stay and still haven’t left, now in June 2024. It’s a big complex, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming, and the staff recognize you and are helpful when needed. The beach is right outside, and the gardens and pools are beautiful and well cared for. It’s a quiet, child-friendly part of Jomtien Beach, while restaurants and bars are close enough. Buses go to the busier areas and Pattaya city, with plenty of entertainment and sights nearby. You can enter from either beach road or second road, which makes getting around easier.

We’ve only been living here recently, but it feels like a whole wonderful world inside one condominium. There are swimming pools, meeting rooms, places to relax, and a massage parlor. You can exit toward the sea or onto a large road, which is very convenient.

A quiet, pleasant beach condominium in a good spot on Jomtien Beach. Each building has its own full facilities, such as a gym, pool, library, or internet room.
