Bueng Bua Thong Resort

The staff are lovely, and in the morning you get fresh food and a Western breakfast. If you enjoy staying in a traditional Thai house, this is a place you shouldn’t miss. The landlord has a real gift for creating a tranquil, beautiful home. You can wander around the garden and have a son come over to say hello. Thanks for the fruit and the good service.

The owner is wonderful and the rooms are nice, though the beds are a little hard and the roosters can be loud. Bring bug spray. You can catch breakfast and swim in the pool, and getting to and from Wonderfruit each day was fairly easy.

It has a distinctly Thai style and gives you a Thai experience. The people are polite and nice. I just wish the rooms were cleaner and the outdoor lights weren’t so dim at night.

This resort is peaceful and relaxing, with a nice pool and lush grounds. The owner and his mother designed the place, and she did a wonderful job. Breakfast is served each morning on a veranda, and there are several tasty, affordable street food places within walking distance. It takes around 30 minutes to reach Pattaya city. The resort has a shuttle, and Bolt works here too. As we drove farther from Pattaya, we were tempted to look for another place, but we’re glad we stayed. It’s a gem away from the usual Pattaya path, and we highly recommend it as a base for the area.
