The facilities were amazing, and so were the staff. They went out of their way to help us and made sure our stay was perfect. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

It's a nice place, though a little run down. There were lots of insects in the rooms, and unfortunately no fridge.

The room was excellent inside, and the property felt quiet and peaceful. It may look a little old from the outside, but the kids had a great time playing in the water, and the waterslide was amazing. I only wish we'd stayed longer than one day. We'll definitely come back. We were four of us, two adults and two children, on our first group trip. We'd already booked before reading the many negative reviews, which made us a bit worried. But the first staff member we met was cleaning around the accommodation. She explained that check-in was at 2 PM and they were cleaning our room because we'd arrived early. Everyone we dealt with was very polite, including another staff member at check-in. We had no problems with the staff, and they didn't seem like the people described in the reviews.

We planned to stay here before New Year's, but after what happened, we were afraid to. We had booked through Agoda and tried to cancel, but Agoda wouldn't allow it. The resort also wouldn't refund us, so we lost our money. We don't want to stay there, and I worry the next people who book will have the same experience. They need to open a new resort. We asked to look around before checking in and made clear we weren't checking in yet. The receptionist, who was holding a broom, asked what we were doing there and said we couldn't check in. Then she threw the broom at us. She was rude and disrespectful, offered no recommendations, and seemed to be taking out an argument with her partner on customers. With her working there, who would want to stay? The resort was deserted, even though the reviews had suggested otherwise. It was under renovation and very dirty, like an abandoned place. Everything looked different from the Agoda photos and reviews.
