I spent nine months here across five different rooms, and cockroaches were in most of them. The landlord who signed my last one-year contract lied to make me leave and kept my deposit. Don’t sign a one-year contract. Cockroaches are very likely to show up.

The place feels very safe, and the staff are polite and helpful. There’s what you need both on the premises and nearby, with food stores and other shops all around.

The rooms are decent and it’s a nice complex, but I had major problems with the motorcycle taxi drivers outside. Management are friendly with them and let them do what they want to you. Late at night, you can see taxi drivers talking to a man in their little hut. I believe it’s the police, and they’re giving them all our information. It’s crazy. I reported the taxi drivers to management, but they were sitting in the security booth on their own. The restaurant prices are way over the top, and it’s run by an English man. It’s family-oriented, but there are many girls of the night and foreigners. Besides that, lovely.
