There was no room service, and I ran into several other problems here.

There are plenty of shops nearby, and Pattaya beach is just a five-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious, the food is good, and room service was excellent.

2/10
The room standard was very poor. The bathroom was dirty, the lighting was dim, and the walk was far too long.

4/10
The hotel looked nice, particularly the pool, and the staff were decent. But room service was slow, and amenities such as the pool tables seemed neglected and unused. One of us was bitten all over, and we later learned from the doctor that our room had bed bugs. A horrible experience. This was in 2018, so keep that timing in mind.

Breakfast was good, though the food needed to be kept warm. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms could use more lights.
