OK enough for the price you pay. Nice clean room, towels and linen. Water pressure for the shower was not great and the hot shower didn't work that well. The aircon in our room didn't work properly. It cooled the room for about 30 minutes after that it worked like a fan even though we turned it to 21C. But we stayed only a night so we didn't complain to the hotel that night. We probably won't stay here if we have to stay longer than a night.

Located in Kalasin, Thailand. This is purely basic. If staying one night it's ok. The room was clean. The bed comfortable enough. No safety box in the room. Breakfast (in my case included) Mas the biggest let down. Choose from a few soup/noodle like options. You can make toast. The coffee was bitter. There is a 7/11 that better suits your needs.

It is a very new hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was OK - quite remarkable for the price. I saw some complain that the water wasn't hot enough - perhaps, they have never used an instantaneous water heater before. You just need to reduce the flow a bit by partially closing the valve. Plenty of water and plenty hot.
