We spent a lot of time at the beach, about a five-minute drive away, and there’s a bus if you don’t drive. Breakfast was a highlight, with cooked options, fresh omelettes, granola, fruit, bread, mango sticky rice, pancakes, and more. You can also walk to a 7 eleven and plenty of good places to eat. Grill bill was amazing. The rooftop pool was lovely. We skipped the lower pool because it had lots of kids and families, and we don’t have children. Our room was a little worn and could use paint, but otherwise it was perfect, cleaned every day with fresh towels. When we arrived after traveling in wool clothes, they offered us a cold drink and a refreshing towel. The receptionist was friendly, explained the facilities, and had our bags taken to the room. We stayed 18 days and had a great time. Already looking forward to returning.

The quick check-in got my stay off to a good start. The beach and nearby attractions are only a short walk away, and my room was clean, roomy, and had everything I needed to be comfortable. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it.

We loved staying here, and families should enjoy it too, especially with the big pool right in the center. If you’d rather not head to the beach, the resort has plenty to do, with two rooftop pools and a large main pool where families usually spend time. The gym was one of the best we tried on Phuket, and it’s free for guests. Go early if you can, since it gets busier later. The resort is in a quieter town and a bit farther from the beach, though a scooter or a longer walk makes that manageable. Daily room cleaning, fresh towels, and friendly, helpful staff made the stay especially enjoyable. I definitely recommend it.

The rooms and pool were nice, but the breakfast didn’t feel worth the price and there wasn’t much variety. We also had laundry go missing from the main desk. There seemed to be no checks to stop someone walking out with another guest’s washing. When the person returned mine, the main office called at 12:40am to tell me I could collect it. They then wanted me to pay at that hour, even though someone else had just walked off with it for free. From check-in, we were warned repeatedly that we’d have to pay if we broke or stained anything, so I didn’t feel welcome. There was a note asking guests to photograph the room to prove they hadn’t caused existing damage. On arrival we found numerous issues, as shown below. They also require a 1000BHT deposit when you arrive.
