Capucine Villas

The team were available around the clock and quick to help whenever we needed anything. We had a wonderful time at this Phuket villa. It was comfortable and beautiful, just what we were looking for, and the service kept everything running smoothly. We’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.

The staff kept us informed and answered our questions, and the maintenance team were just as dependable as the rest. Cleaners came in quietly and worked efficiently. The facilities never gave us operational trouble, and there were plenty of bathrooms in the lovely rooms. We had a fantastic stay.

The private chef’s dinner was one of the best parts of the trip. The food was amazing. I was celebrating my 40th birthday in Thailand, and before arriving I’d heard plenty about scams and safety worries. Himmapana Villas’ team put me at ease from the start. They were kind, professional, and responsive, and their 24/7 WhatsApp line was there for all my many questions before and during the stay. The villa was spotless and beautifully looked after. They handled every request quickly, even the small ones. I also really appreciated the free shuttle around Kamala. The area is quieter, which suited me, but Bangla Road was still about 30 minutes away by Grab. It felt like a good balance. Thanks to everyone there for making my birthday feel special and stress-free. I’d recommend Himmapana Villas to anyone visiting Thailand.

The order-in food and breakfast service could be improved a little. Otherwise, our four days over Christmas at Capucine Villa C were lovely. The hillside setting is tucked away, though their excellent shuttle made Kamala easy to reach. Communication was simple, the rooms were lovely, and the price felt reasonable for what you get.
