My stay was stressful and unpleasant, and it ruined my vacation. The pool often wasn’t working, there was no hot water for showers, the kitchen hood didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi barely worked, making it hard to stay in touch with work and loved ones. He accused me of breaking something I hadn’t broken, then argued with me. I strongly advise against renting this Villa. The amenities were in poor condition, and I found the owner dishonest and untrustworthy.
What made the situation worse was that this was supposedly an upgrade. The wardrobes looked ready to collapse, there was dust and dirt layered over everything, and the toilet seats and sun loungers were falling apart. The pool was unclean and looked like a swamp; there was surround sound but no TV. The properties Francesco is trying to rent are disgusting. He’s a fraudster, well known in the area as a conman.
Lovely garden, luxury furniture, and a swimming pool. Fantastic location with 2 stairs. Happy friends.
Really horrible. The dude is a scammer, and there’s no privacy at all.
Everything about the place was bad, and I found the owner dishonest. A horrible stay.
