I own a unit here now and am very happy with it. The buildings are 15 years old and could use some upgrading, but the facilities are lovely and well maintained, and the area and views are amazing. If you're renting, the unit's condition depends on its owner, so you might get an upscale one or an older one. You get what you pay for.

For under 4 million Bht, you get a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit and access to three swimming pools, all surrounded by beautiful scenery. I can't imagine finding better value in such a great location anywhere in Phuket.
The condo is lovely and sits in a beautiful setting, within walking distance of Bang Wan waterfall. The staff are great and look after your needs, and the beach is a 10-minute scooter ride away.
Kamala Hills feels like home to me. There are three pools, a new gym, round-the-clock security, and beautiful gardens.
