I stopped by to ask about renting, and the staff were very helpful. The office was clean and seemed newly renovated.

We spent a week at The Regent, and the restaurant service left us disappointed. One staff member, a Thai woman with dyed blonde hair, was repeatedly unfriendly and seemed to avoid us whenever we came in. She didn't smile at us or our children, which made breakfast uncomfortable each time. There was no warmth or welcoming attitude from her, and she always looked annoyed and grumpy. Basic kindness matters in hospitality, especially with families, and we didn't get that during our stay.
