A great spot, with bars and restaurants either way you turn. Go left for some, right for more, plus a 7/11 and large Pharmacy. It’s around a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach, where there are still more places to eat and drink. The service ladies were pleasant and efficient. The bedroom is much larger than most hotel rooms in Kamala, and was very clean and comfortable. There’s also a kitchenette with a Kettle, dishes, and other essentials, handy for takeaway meals. The shower room was spotless and had two large towels and two smaller ones. Exceptional value for money.

The staff were SOOOOO NICE! Our room was very clean, the price was cheap, and the location was ok. We had our 2 year old daughter with us, and at first there wasn’t anything to cook with in the small kitchen. A little later, the lady offered to lend us a small stove, cooking tools, toaster, and more. We could also use the microwave in her office if needed. They offer laundry service and daily room cleaning if you want it. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, and there’s no elevator. But the large balcony had a nice mountain view and lovely light at dawn. I’d recommend the place if you’re ok with those details.

Don was always helpful and really friendly, and we felt very welcome. The room was spacious and clean. Having a little kitchen with a kettle and fridge was handy for making our own breakfast. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the place.

We stayed for eight nights and I could easily have booked another eight. The room on the new fourth floor felt fresh, roomy, and spotless. The stairs are a killer, though, and that was the only downside I can remember. Don’t let the entrance put you off, it’s a lot for the money.
