I'm staying at Villa paradesa by lofty now, and the start of our stay has been miserable. We have no water for showering, flushing, or brushing our teeth. We called the villa manager eight hours ago and, after several calls, were told it would be replenished within two hours. We still have no water, and the manager isn't answering. After a long day swimming in the sea, our only option has been to rinse off in the pool. Whoever is responsible, please call us back. The air con in one room is broken too, though that's a more minor problem.

The villa has nice views, but the water caused problems. When we checked in there was none for showers or flushing, and it wasn't supplied until the next day. Even then it was dirty, with brown residue. Check with the villa management about the water before you arrive.

Everything was perfect during my two weeks there. One suggestion for management: leave guests some basic instructions, like how the pool lighting works and when it's cleaned.

The villa is equipped with everything you could want for a special holiday. You do need a car to get around, but the accommodation itself was absolutely perfect.

We had a great time, though there were problems with the water and a lot of bugs.
