A special thank you to the host, Mr. Bon, who was warm, kind, and so helpful. He really cares about his guests and their comfort. I had a wonderful week here and would love to return. The hotel is clean and well cared for, with a peaceful atmosphere and no noise despite being centrally located. My room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable large bathroom, quiet air conditioning, a balcony, and daily service. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it.

Mr. Bon was so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my time in Thailand. His support made the trip even better. As a solo traveler, I felt completely at home in the very clean room, which had a lovely balcony view. The place has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s close to the beach and major markets, so finding what you need is easy. I’d highly recommend this hotel to families and solo travelers alike. It deserves four or even five stars.

After long days at Electric Daisy Carnival, The Umbrella house was a great place to rest and recharge in Phuket. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and Khun Bon was very accommodating and helpful when we arrived later than the usual check-in time. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
