The location is a real plus, with the beach, Kamala town's main eateries and shops nearby, plus Bua restaurant right in front, a 7-eleven and a money exchanger. The small pool was good for our young kids, and the house worked for two families over six nights. But it's a very vertical house with huge steps and no ground-floor bathroom. There were ants and lizards everywhere, and since it's on the road, noise can come at any hour. If you don't need luxury and can live with the critters, it's a decent place in a good location.

The owner was helpful and quick to respond. The house is spacious and very clean, with a nice pool, so it worked great for our two families with children. It's almost right on the beach, with a good restaurant next door and a 7 eleven just two minutes away, open 24/7. The location is perfect if you're staying in Kamala. I'd recommend it.

We had an absolutely fantastic, stress-free time. The three-bedroom house is spacious, clean and set in the forest. There's a great restaurant a minute away, and walking to the beach is a pleasure. We enjoyed pina coladas and had several other great restaurants within walking distance. A cleaning service is a plus, and there's a pool and pool room. Just pure joy.

The villa was spacious, modern and clean, with huge bathrooms and an ensuite for every bedroom. We had a small baby with us, and they provided a cot and high chair. The location was amazing too: a short walk to the beach, 7/11 down the road, and under five minutes on foot to Kamala high street. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend it.

The rooms are great, well equipped, with good A.C and views, and they're kept very clean. Staff were okay, though I found it a little overpriced. The location is five-star, but the beach at this end is filthy, with broken glass, plastic waste and general trash. I can't believe the owners of nearby properties don't do something about it.
