The hospitality team and chef were genuinely welcoming and attentive. Outside, the pool area had a calm, relaxing feel and was beautiful. Inside, though, the rooms felt pretty standard. Strong daylight came in and affected comfort and privacy, while the rooms over the kitchen and lounge picked up noticeable cooking smells. The double rooms were small, and the beds could be more comfortable. I also felt the booking process could have been managed more professionally. Guest care includes how smoothly problems are handled.

The staff and chef were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout. I especially liked the outdoor space and pool, which were easily the best part of the villa. The rooms were average and fell short of what I expected. They let in a lot of sunlight during the day, so they weren’t dark or comfortable for sleeping. Cooking smells drifted into the rooms above the kitchen and living room, which got frustrating. The double rooms were very small, and the beds felt smaller and less comfortable than I’d expected. I also wasn’t happy with the booking company’s customer service. Compared with another company I’d dealt with before, they were much less flexible. When a problem comes up, I think helping the guest should be the priority. The stay had its good and bad points.

Villa Saan is in a beautiful, peaceful spot. The staff were genuinely lovely and did all they could for us, and the service was just right without being over the top. I had a brilliant stay, would gladly return, and highly recommend it.

The home is beautiful, the food was amazing, and the bedrooms are incredible. Miw, Dear, Cade, Chef Deab and the whole team looked after us wonderfully from the moment we walked through Villa Saan’s doors.

The villa’s in a lovely spot, and the staff provided great service. The chef made some really high quality meals too. I’d definitely recommend it.
