Winner Prachinburi & Serviced Apartment

The hotel has a Japanese-style approach to management. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and quiet.

The food was great, the service was good, and it was quiet.

We paid 1,000 baht per night for three nights and got corner room 403, with a view of the lawn and the village. It was very spacious and laid out well, with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a work table. I really liked the breakfast. It was tasty and had a good variety. During our three-night stay, the extra dishes alongside the main food were different each day, and they kept refilling everything while guests were still eating. The Wi-Fi was a big problem. It was available but completely unusable. There was no signal at all, not just a weak or slow one. I could log in, but then nothing, not even a single bar of signal.

The room is easy to find on the main road, and it was quiet and clean. Breakfast was included, parking was available, and the security guard was friendly. The service was disappointing. The bidet hose had very weak pressure, and there was no guest waiting area for check-in or luggage rack. When I asked the front desk, they said the owner doesn't like people poking at me. There was no luggage cart, and nobody helped carry my things. Overall, the service felt uncaring.
