The air conditioner made a lot of noise, and the room was shockingly dirty. The bathroom had yellow stains, and the mattress, blankets, and pillows were spotless. It felt like the worst room ever. I can’t believe they’d offer a place like this. I’d rather sleep in a car!

There were used tissues and cotton swabs left behind, and the bed was incredibly hard. The towels looked like they hadn’t been washed, and the bathroom seemed untouched, with yellow stains. Even the water bottle had already been opened. Absolutely filthy.

My first visit was already disappointing. The room hadn’t been cleaned, the bathroom was dirty, the soap was old, and the bathroom floor was grimy. The air conditioner’s fan was broken too.

I booked through Booking.com, but when I arrived there was no room for me. I called the number listed here and an elderly man answered. He spoke incoherently and said he knew nothing about the booking, and that nobody with that name had booked. When I asked what happened, he said, "Booking.com or someone who deals with the accommodation called but spoke English, and they couldn't understand, so they hung up." The rest of the conversation was completely incomprehensible and felt irresponsible. Is this really acceptable? How can they make money this way? I don’t know how many people this has happened to, but I’ve read reviews from others who say they were scammed too. My partner booked in a hurry this time and hadn’t read the reviews first. If you can’t communicate properly, I think you should shut down your platform. And the booking app handling this accommodation should remove it from its system. People are inconvenienced and lose time trying to get refunds, and it’s hurting the company’s reputation.
