The pools, the sunset views, the ornaments and water features, and the delicious breakfast all made an impression. The facilities were amazing, and the details around the place were beautiful. There are two swimming pools. What stood out most was the staff. They were caring and super friendly, and the interactions felt genuinely warm rather than artificial like they can at some resorts. Receptionists, gardeners, cleaners, catering staff, drivers, and tour operators all deserve appreciation for being so helpful. Special mention to Taw / Tho, sorry if I've got the spelling wrong. A young man with a big heart and warm personality. Miss you guys already. Khob koon mak krub 🙏

Tucked away on a quiet side street, this was a fantastic 3 star resort. The pool was big, clean, and well maintained, though much too cold for me. I loved feeding the beautiful Koi fish and sitting by the river in the covered outdoor area. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The beds were firm but comfortable, the AC was brilliant, and breakfast was fabulous. Staff were courteous, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The gardens and pond are beautiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Cocktails were great value and tasted really good, and the food was reasonably priced too. It's a lovely hotel with great staff. The rooms aren't well soundproofed. We were exhausted after a day of activities, and it could be noisy at night if your neighbors aren't quiet. If you're mainly there to relax by the pool, that might matter.

We enjoyed our three nights here, especially the pool and the good range of breakfast options. The resort is tucked into a residential area and well placed for visiting places of interest around Kanchanaburi. There seemed to be staff everywhere: reception, cleaning, maintenance, gardens, and the kitchen. Everyone was friendly and quick with a smile.

The location is very good, and the hotel has comfortable rooms and beautiful pools. The larger pool is great for swimming lengths. There's also a very nice on-site restaurant with a comprehensive breakfast for guests. Staff were friendly and helpful with excursions, and you can hire a scooter.
