The staff were helpful, service minded, and always smiling, and the rooms were clean. We had a good breakfast and stayed three nights in a room facing the river, with a balcony and a direct view of the bridge. The bridge was being prepared for the big event with the light show. I’ll definitely come back.

There’s a convenience store, cafe, and place to eat right below the hotel. My room was clean and had a huge balcony where I could relax and watch trains cross the River Kwai bridge. I arrived on a big motorcycle and the friendly, helpful staff offered me a sheltered parking space beside the lobby.

The river views are stunning, and the location is just right. The rooms were very clean, the service was great, and the staff were friendly. A really relaxing atmosphere.

It’s a nice hotel by the river, close to the train station for trips back to Bangkok or farther north toward Nam tok. Breakfast was okay, with eggs, toast, and fresh salad.

The View rooms at the Bridge over the Kwai river in Kanchanaburi are fantastic value for money. Staff and service were excellent, and the simple breakfast was delicious.
