The Room 2 Residence

I feel awful. The talking starts so early and it's really annoying. It feels more like a hotel or a playground, and I can't sleep with all that noise.

I run the business here, and the noise is disturbing my customers. The place used to feel quiet and peaceful when I first arrived, but since the restaurant opened on January 18, 2015, people have been drinking beer and liquor late because it stays open. They talk loudly, especially at night, and I can hardly sleep. It's really bad. The hotel needs to improve this.

The rooms have been great for the price on my previous stays, but my last visit was disappointing. I found three cockroaches, though I could deal with that myself. Later, I used the coin laundry for 30 baht, and the owner told me to wash only 4-5 items even though the machine holds 13 kg. That night, a woman who wasn't a cook was at the counter. From around 8-9 PM, I could hear plates and boxes being banged around all night. TT

For 400 baht, you get air conditioning, hot water, a refrigerator, and parking right in front of the room. There's also a 100 baht key deposit that's returned at check-out. The room was okay and not dirty, though there may be a few cobwebs. It's quiet, set away from the main road, and even a high-roofed van can park easily.
