The room upgrade made the stay work well for our family. The owner was very nice and moved us into a large suite with two king beds so our son could stay comfortably. It's a small, no-frills hotel, but clean and functional for the price. The fridge, microwave, and a few dishes were handy for snacks, and the beach was only a short walk away. A good budget option.

We liked the little lounge and the tasty drinks, and there was live music that gave the place a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious, too. It's friendly and welcoming whether you're with a big group, on a date, or by yourself, and there's even a playroom for kids.

The bed was comfortable, but getting checked out was a letdown because nobody was at the property to take the keys. The bathroom also looked mouldy and smelled of sewage, and the towels were so old they were falling apart. The photos on Booking felt very misleading.

It's basic accommodation, and you get what you pay for. The location could be better. When I stay in budget places, I always suggest bringing your own towel and travel sheets.

The room was a good size and the beach is pretty close. Downstairs there's a cafe and restaurant with live music, though the prices aren't very cheap.
