Niranapa Boutique Resort

The staff were attentive and lovely. They helped us check in early and explained the resort clearly, then gave us a bento box for breakfast since we had an early flight and would miss the buffet. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was excellent. Our room looked onto an open courtyard, with greenery and the occasional person passing by. It's a 7 to 10 minute walk to the beach, with lots of shops along the busy streets. Although the hotel is on the main street, it's set farther back along a driveway, so we didn't hear road noise. The place and its facilities felt new, our room was extremely clean, and the towels and linens were fresh. I even ran my fingers over the tiles and cabinets to check. I can't think of anywhere the resort fell short. It was such a beautiful and relaxing stay, and I wish this hotel had at least a 9.1 on Agoda. I'd give it 6 stars if I could, and recommend it wholeheartedly :)

The hotel looks great, and it's in a convenient spot within walking distance of the beach, shops, and food markets. The grounds were very clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was a good size with a pool view. It was quiet even though the area is busy. Being on the ground floor meant it didn't feel very private, though, and the pool was a little too warm. A dark ring at the waterline also made me wonder how clean it was. The welcome at check-in felt less warm once they went through all the rules and possible charges in so much detail. On our third night, we were billed for a pillowcase stain and told they had tried to remove it, but the sheets hadn't been changed, so I couldn't see how they had washed it. I also can't confirm the stain wasn't already there. We had to get the housekeeping manager involved and try to prove our point. They changed the sheets while we were there and asked us to check the replacements, but the first set had an old oil stain. It felt awkward and unprofessional. Sheets get dirty after a couple of nights, and normal stains and wear shouldn't be charged to guests. In the end they didn't charge us, and there was no permanent stain anyway. The whole thing left us uncomfortable. They require a cash deposit and only return it after checking the room at checkout. Breakfast was just okay. The food wasn't kept hot, and the eggs were all made in advance. The breakfast staff weren't very friendly, and we barely interacted with them. We made the best of the stay, but I'd probably not return.

We stayed for 10 nights and had a good time. The hotel grounds are lovely, and the rooms are nice and clean. It was quiet, set a little back from the street noise, and the air conditioning worked well. Everyone on staff was welcoming and sweet. The gym is fine, although as someone who works out, I'd have liked a few more machines. Reception was welcoming too, and Elina is very kind :)

The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, with warm smiles, kind and attentive service, and a willingness to go the extra mile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with lovely views and details that made it feel both luxurious and cozy. Facilities were excellent, especially the peaceful, well-kept pool and common areas. Breakfast offered a delicious variety of fresh Thai and international food. The location was convenient and felt safe, close to everything we wanted to explore while still being a relaxing retreat. Elina was great and helped us a lot. Our stay was truly unforgettable.
