We tried the burger and Cesar salad, and both were disappointing. The food tasted like deep fried paper, and everyone in our group had digestion issues afterwards. I wouldn’t eat here. It might be fine to sit and relax with a glass of beer, but keep your stomach away from the food.

The location is nice, but that’s about it. The rooms smell moldy, and there’s a strong cannabis smell throughout the hotel. The hostess downstairs doesn’t seem to care about anything. If you don’t smoke cannabis and want a clean room without bad smells, I wouldn’t recommend it.

You can get a decent pint of Guinness all the way out here, and at £6 it’s the cheapest we’ve seen. Still mad money, but other places charge £9 a pint. My only gripe is that it came too fast. Take your time pouring a pint, that’s the law with Guinness.

We liked the hotel a lot. It was clean, reasonably priced whether it’s high season or not, and surprisingly quiet despite being next to the bar street. We arrived at 3 pm to check in, but the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait an hour. Still, the room and sheets were clean, which doesn’t happen that often here, haha. Thank you.
