A decent, cheap place to stay, with a king bed, hot shower, and small kitchen with a fridge. No luxuries.

A bad hotel. They don't clean the room, and they still ask for money. They also charged us 1700 baht for electricity and water, saying it was in the contract even though it wasn't written there.

The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and a kitchen if you want to cook. It's quiet inside, even though the place is near a busy road. There's no reception, so you need to call the owner, who lives close by. The owner is kind and helpful. You can choose to have cleaning and pay separately for water and electricity, or take an all-inclusive option.

The rooms are spacious and have kitchens, but sleeping with the window open was impossible because of nearby Patak Road.
