My wife and I had a great stay. The beach is a 10-minute walk, and the local night market and lots of good restaurants are right there. It's central, but tucked away enough that we still had some peace and quiet.

We hadn't been to Phuket before, so I can't compare prices or what's offered elsewhere. For us, the little balcony and quiet street were just right. It's a simple place, but the kitchen was well stocked, and the location is a walk from the markets and beach. We really appreciated being away from the big crowds.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Kata Beach is about a 10-minute walk, and Karon Beach takes around 15 minutes on foot. Within five minutes there's plenty nearby, including restaurants, massage shops, a gym, fruit markets, the night market, 7-11, Macro supermarket, and Kata local market. You can buy seafood there and ask them to cook it, for a very good price, and it was delicious.

In a quiet area near the beach, with a clean room, a good bathroom, and great air conditioning.

I was there for just under a week and it was great. The rooms were large and got cleaned every day.
