The rooms are standard for Thailand, but clean and have what you need. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked properly, and housekeeping replaced the water and toiletries every day. All the staff were polite and friendly. There was a misunderstanding when we arrived because I thought there was parking on site. There isn’t, but the front desk showed us where to park, and the owners kindly covered the parking cost for our stay. My only suggestion is to have motorcycle parking available and paid car parking off site. If you want a nice guesthouse near Kata beach, this is a good choice.

Sam, his lovely wife, and the team were incredibly kind, helpful, and fun to spend time with. They made us feel like family, and even helped us visit sights and temples. I think this may be the best hotel in the whole Kata beach area. I wish I could give them six stars. They made my stay unforgettable. Be sure to try the watermelon too. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll stop by to say hi.

This little inn is a great budget option, just a five-minute walk from the beach. The shower was nice, and they provide beach towels and everything else you need for a beach stay. The kind and honest owners and staff were the best part and made my trip worthwhile. Thank you! Thank you.

We first booked two days, then added two more because the owner was so welcoming. It felt like staying in our own home. Light refreshments were always available, including bread, watermelon, butter, jelly, tea, and coffee. They also provide towels for swimming in the sea. If you want to stay near katabeach, this house is a good choice.

Sam, Kee, and the staff made us feel so cared for. Our room was roomy and spotless, and the back side of the building was a little quieter. It had all the amenities we needed. We also made good use of the shared space, with coffee and tea, drinking water available freely, and light snacks anytime. The beach is about a five-minute walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Beach towels and mats can be borrowed in the lobby. We can't wait to return to this b&B.
