My friend lived in the Phase 5 area, and management accepted the contract knowing they had a dog. At the start of month four, they tried to evict my friend right away because the dog barked once. Since management initiated the termination over what seemed an unreasonable excuse, they were supposed to return the full deposit, but not a single baht came back. My friend calls it a donation or charity to these greedy people. The bigger issue is the lack of humanity and professionalism. The house air conditioner failed for a technical reason that wasn’t my friend’s fault, and they had to sleep sweating in Phuket’s extreme heat for three working days. In my view, this is a dishonest, trap-like business that shouldn’t be recommended.
The air conditioner broke for a technical reason that wasn’t my fault, and for three full working days we had to sleep sweating in the Phuket heat. I was renting in the Phase 5 area, and they’d agreed to rent me the house knowing I had a dog. Then, at the start of our fourth month, they tried to evict me immediately because my dog barked one night. They ended the contract in the middle of the season for what I see as a baseless reason, so they were legally required to return my full deposit. I didn’t get even a single baht back. The money can be a donation or charity to these money-hungry people, that isn’t the main thing. What matters is having at least a little humanity. In my opinion, this is a trap of a business complex and nowhere anyone should stay. That’s all I have to say as a customer.
I loved the view, the nature and the quiet atmosphere at Kata Ocean View, and was happy to have a place to enjoy my own company. I traveled alone, and it gets very quiet at night, so I’d suggest coming with a partner, friends or family. It’s quite far from the airport and Phuket’s famous spots. The weather was perfect, and I didn’t need the AC at night. You can eat out on the big balcony and enjoy the view. There are a few small marts and a massage shop on the way down to the residence. Taxis and food are quite expensive, so I recommend renting a bike. People are nice and there are lots of places to visit, especially with a bike. There are plenty of facilities for convenience during your stay. The room was very good, with good vibes, and I really enjoyed being there. Thanks so much to Amanda for the care and support, and thanks to the receptionist too. I’ll definitely come back 🫶🏻
The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and had stunning views. Our hosts were polite and incredibly helpful. I loved the stay and would highly recommend it! 😍
Apartment I05, nobody was there to meet me when I arrived, so I had to book another hotel. The listing description was false too, and the location is off. Bad service. Don’t waste your vacation.
