The place was really comfortable, and the beach view was lovely. I also looked forward to the amazing breakfast each morning, which was included.

We loved staying here. The view and location are beautiful, and the staff are nice. Our room was big, clean, and had everything we needed, plus a bit more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and breakfast was delicious with a huge range of choices.

We kept extending our booking and ended up staying for two weeks. It's a quiet place between the forest and the beach, with the beach nearby, though you do have to walk up to the hotel. The room had a large wardrobe, hot water, a comfortable bed and pillows, and fast internet that was occasionally unstable. There are lots of caring staff who are ready to help. Breakfast was included and was a real treat, with meat, seafood, fruit, desserts, and different drinks. The best part was enjoying the view of Karon Beach while eating.

Room D11 had a horrible sewage smell the whole time we were there, and the bathroom smelled just as bad. The location is close to the beach and activities, it's quiet, and there's on-street parking. But it's up a hill, so keep the walk in mind. We booked because of the breakfast reviews, but breakfast was basic at best. The bowls had mould or black marks, and the AC was mouldy too. There was what looked like animal or lizard, probably gecko, poo on the walls, mould or black stains on the pillows, and mould on the back of the door. The desk also had a large sharp hole. It was cheap on Agoda, but I've paid the same at several other hotels during our 10-week trip and had much better stays. Would I return? Probably not, and definitely not to that room. Other rooms may be fine, but a few reviews mention this particular one, so be careful if they assign it to you. Hope this helps.
