Sun and Kwan deserve a special mention. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy, and their warm, friendly service made a real difference. Everyone we met was welcoming. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and our room was spotless and comfortable from the first day. We had a wonderful time in Phuket and would highly recommend this hotel.

We’re planning to visit Phi Phi next, then come back to Baumanburi Hotel for another stay. The team made our honeymoon feel special by being so kind and upgrading our room. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the beautiful pool, and the location was peaceful while still close to everything. Thank you to the Baumanburi team for the hospitality and service. We had a memorable stay and highly recommend it! 🙏💛

The pool was the highlight for us, with shaded loungers available in both the morning and afternoon. We were very satisfied and would recommend the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and felt like home right away. Staff were attentive and incredibly friendly throughout, especially Eric. They also welcomed us warmly and kindly carried our luggage all the way to our room.

The bathroom was unusable, and the staff’s answer was to spray air freshener. I had only one night left, but leaving it that way still wasn’t okay. I had booked a Superior room, but nobody had mentioned it was in a separate building. I spent 20 minutes looking for it before returning to ask someone to show me. The room itself was fine, though a bit old and noisy for a four-star hotel. The room description should mention that these rooms are in a separate building, where street noise can be heard. Overall, I had a bad experience at Baumanburi Hotel.

The staff made us feel right at home, and we especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the outdoor pool. Breakfast had a huge selection of fresh options. The location was hard to beat, close to Patong Beach, OTOP Market, and Malin Plaza (Night Market), so exploring was easy. Our stay at Baumanburi Hotel was unforgettable, and we’d highly recommend it.
