CC Beach Resort

The location is stellar, and the restaurant is so good. Sometimes you may get food at odd times, but that didn't stop us enjoying ourselves. The air con worked great and the pool was clean. The rooms are very small, there's no safe, the sink faucet was coming loose, and the TV remote was missing its back panel. They've created something interesting here, but it could use some renovations.

The beach is beautiful and quiet, and the cc beach bar and restaurant serve fantastic food at great prices, with a huge drinks list. The resort rooms are really quiet, with tinted windows, a great shower, air con, plenty of bench space, and a wardrobe. Shampoo and body wash were provided, but there was no tea or coffee.

My New Year's vacation was very disappointing, especially since I chose your hotel expecting better care and service. The room was dirty, and the pillowcases hadn't been changed. Cleaning ran late, so check-in was delayed, but checkout time stayed the same. Some staff were rude and didn't seem ready to help, and the room had no basics like soap or shampoo. One staff member suggested I check out if I wasn't happy, although I hadn't asked to leave. That felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially after the time lost and the difficulty of finding somewhere else to stay during the New Year period. These problems happened on my vacation on January 1, 2025.

The food was amazing, and the staff took great care of us. The place is great, and the rooms were fine and air conditioned. The sheets had some stains and could have been replaced with a clean set, but it was okay.
