The rooms aren’t soundproof, housekeeping doesn’t clean thoroughly, and the fitness center is rather unclean, with some equipment working and some not. For the price, it isn’t worth it. Some of the staff at this dorm are terrible and have no service mind. Things are disorganized, people’s roles aren’t clear, and it’s hard to tell what the central office is responsible for. Please improve the service and facilities.
The rooms aren’t that good, and pipes that were said to be clogged still haven’t been fixed. Power also keeps going out in one building, and repairs take too long. It doesn’t affect all the buildings, just one. The staff are rude and disrespectful. Some tenants are nice and some are terrible. When moving out, they didn’t remember the notice or coordinate, and on departure day they wouldn’t let us leave. If they want tenants to return, they need to improve things. I almost gave this no stars at all. 🤬🤬🤬
For what it costs, this place isn’t worth it. The room looked nothing like the pictures and was very old. The mattress was uncomfortable enough to give me back pain, and there were drilled holes in the wall that looked unprofessional.
Bad. Stay away.
The law officer was rude when speaking to me.
