The renovation is pretty basic, but both the air conditioner and water heater work fine.

The hygiene was poor.

We ended up not staying and got no refund. It was a really upsetting experience, especially since I booked this place for its closeness to my workplace and it was already very late. I hadn't paid much attention to the reviews before, but after dealing with this myself, I was incredibly disappointed. They seemed not to care whether guests stayed or left. 🙄 We'd booked through Agoda and called late to ask about parking. We arrived in two separate cars, and an elderly woman told us, very rudely, that only one could park. We tried to stay calm and understood the limit, but she kept asking if we had a reservation. We explained we'd booked through Agoda and were already there, but there wasn't a space available. She came out to check, repeated that only one car could park, and said it would cost 200 baht to put one car inside the hotel grounds. We were confused because parking inside the hotel is free. She insisted we park outside in just one spot, again speaking rudely. We tried to explain we didn't know where else to leave the cars. Then she yelled that our car wouldn't be towed and that we had two cars. What made me angriest was how she treated us. She even said, "Then cancel your reservation!!" It was arrogant and disrespectful. My boyfriend and I decided to leave. I've never met anyone so indifferent, arrogant, and unhelpful. Telling us to cancel, in such awful language, was terrible. Don't come here. People like that don't seem to understand what they think of their customers.

The listing shows 387 baht, but the actual room costs 550 baht, plus a 200 baht key deposit. Seeing the room, I don't think the renovation is worth the price.
