For a one-night stop, this place is convenient and fairly priced. I've stayed several times over the past year with my nephews while traveling from Udon to Bangkok, always in a ground-floor room. The rooms are clean, though dated, and wheelchair accessible. There's free water, but no refrigerator or kettle, and the TV is small with no international channels. Staff are friendly and helpful, with a market and restaurants nearby.

I was unsure about the rooms after reading the reviews, but the staff will try to meet your needs if you let them know. They might seem a little distant at first, yet they're genuinely sweet and helpful.

There's a huge market about a 10-minute walk away, with vegetables, flowers, seafood, meat, and fruit. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning works well. You can also have food delivered to your room.

The bed and pillows were really thin, and the towels felt rough. The TV was small, and people outside were unfriendly. I wasn't impressed.

It's clean, basic, affordable, and handy if you're driving for business around talad Thai or the Khlong Luang area.
