Even in low season, they keep up with maintenance and stay active all year. The service was consistently strong, and I’d choose this place over the expensive spots near the beach where many places seem to have hardly any customers and service may not be what you want. The owners are hardworking, attentive to problems, and clearly proud of the place. The rooms are very clean, nicely decorated, and have comfortable beds, a fan, and air conditioning. Someone should raise this place’s rating. For the pride they take in it alone, it deserves five stars.

Parking right beside the room made coming and going really easy, and there was a small fridge where we could keep food from the market. We stayed one night before Koh Chang and a tour of Klung district. The location worked well, about five minutes by car from the city market and close to the U-turn for town. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that was neither soft nor hard. The shower was surprisingly nice, the towels were clean, and the sheets and blanket smelled fresh from the conditioner. There were two bottles of water in the room. The air conditioning was a little noisy, but we slept through the night. My only concern is that the resort’s general cleanliness could use a bit more attention, though the room itself was clean. It was a good stay, and we’ll come back next time we’re in Klung.
