Green Hotel & Resort Khon Kaen

I was planning to come to Khon Kaen for business every weekend, but my short stay left me so disappointed that I sent the manager an email and still have had no response. I’ve also noticed that you don’t respond to or seem to care about positive or negative customer comments on Google. I’m a former GM of many international hotels, and I always made sure mine met standards. From the attached pictures, you shouldn’t be proud to manage a hotel like this. The public areas were a mess. As manager, you need to walk the property and keep it up to a standard. The pillows and towels were torn, and there was no hot water for the bath. I specifically booked a room with a hot tub, started filling the tub, and got only lukewarm water. I messaged through FACE-BOOK messenger about the hot water, but your staff didn’t read it. Zero customer service. The housekeeping trolley was very noisy on the floors. Replace its rubber wheels with rubber wheels. Housekeeping staff were also loud when knocking on doors early in the morning and woke me up. Your breakfast staff need customer service training and aren’t friendly. I asked for scrambled eggs and was given one egg. Staff should ask how many eggs, or serve a portion of at least two. When they were ready, the waitress came to my table to say the eggs were ready to collect. Why not bring them to the customer? In short, the maintenance team, housekeeping staff, and breakfast staff need professional guidance and training.
