The dorm-style setup has coin-operated washing machines and a water dispenser, with parking in front of the room. The room is old, just as pictured, and the spring mattress wasn't very comfortable. I booked through Agoda for 400 baht per night.

The owner was lovely, kind, and polite, and gave excellent service. The price was friendly too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Khon Kaen.

The auntie was very kind and the service was good. My room was clean, but it was missing a blanket. I wish there had been one. ☺️☺️

A convenient, clean place for a short stay, though not somewhere to expect luxury. The bathroom needs a little work. When we opened it, we felt like going out to buy grout and fix it ourselves. The shower faucet could use a change or at least a cleaning, and then it would be great.

Breakfast is included, and there's a washing machine on site. A convenience store and pharmacy are nearby, and parking is easy. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and the owner is friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Khon Kaen.
