The room is in great shape and super clean. Parking isn’t good, though.

At 550 baht a night, this is a good place to stay. The service is friendly and good, and they can provide a tax invoice, not a folio. There’s a shuttle to a nearby hospital at scheduled times. Some rooms have a secure balcony and a sink. Parking is in a separate narrow alley that only fits one car, but there’s another alley about 500 meters away where you can park after unloading your luggage. Monthly rates start at 9500 baht, including water and electricity. The clean rooms have a large refrigerator, microwave, kettle, ceramic dishes and glasses, plus a small comfortable leather sofa. Ours had a Japanese-style table for meals, with no other kind of chair. There’s also a wardrobe, hangers, laundry basket and well-sealed towels and face towels. A washing machine is on the first floor, and detergent and fabric softener are available to buy. Refillable containers of liquid soap and shampoo are provided, and the water heater works well. Free Wi-Fi is fast.

The staff member looking after the place was really friendly. My room was clean, smelled nice and felt safe. The air conditioner was new and cooled well, and there was parking. The location was convenient, too.

There’s no elevator in the dormitory, but it isn’t very high. The price is very cheap for what you get, and staff are friendly and provide good service. The room has all the amenities: cold air conditioning, a water heater, towels and face towels, shampoo and shower cream, a refrigerator, two bottles of water, a microwave, and plates and bowls. There’s parking, though you have to walk to the side alley. The parking has a roof and a guard.
